How to help us help you
Bug reports: include the tool's URL, the browser and device you're using, what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot helps enormously.
Conversion accuracy: include the input value, the output you received and the output you expected — this lets us reproduce and fix discrepancies quickly.
Feature requests: tell us the problem you're trying to solve, not just the feature — we often find an even better way to address it.
