These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of yexla.com ("the Site"), operated by Zirapp. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
Yexla provides free, browser-based tools for color conversion, palette and gradient generation, CSS and SVG creation, image processing, icon generation, accessibility checking and related developer utilities, together with educational articles. The Site is provided free of charge and without user accounts.
2. License to use your output
Palettes, gradients, code snippets, images, icons and any other output you generate with Yexla's tools are yours. You may use them freely in personal and commercial projects, with no attribution required. We claim no ownership of content you process with the tools.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, bulk-download, rehost or resell the Site's tools or content; (b) use automated systems in a way that degrades service for others; (c) attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation; or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text, guides and articles are the property of Zirapp and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to any page freely. Short quotations with attribution are welcome; wholesale reproduction of our content is not permitted without written consent.
5. Accuracy disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy in all conversions, generated code and accessibility calculations, the Site and its output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them in production, print or compliance contexts. See our Disclaimer for details.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zirapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its output.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The Site displays advertising served by third parties (see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) and may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third-party sites.
8. Trademarks
Color references described as "Pantone-inspired" are approximate descriptive references only. PANTONE® is a trademark of Pantone LLC. All other trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners; Yexla is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
